Men’s ministry at Cornerstone Church is committed to the development of the character of Jesus Christ in the men at Cornerstone Church without regard to age or level of maturity in Christ. We are committed to the growth of each man into the image of God's son and to allow for Gospel transformation to occur in the hearts and lives of the men in the body of Christ at Cornerstone Church.
The world defines a man’s man as one who is independent, self-sufficient, and who does it his way. Jesus shows us how to live as God’s man with conviction, integrity, and a strong spine.
Mark 12:14 states: Teacher, we know you are a man of integrity. You aren’t swayed by men because you pay no attention to who they are, but you teach the way of God in accordance with the truth.
Jesus’s identity in His Father was formed in His heart in such a way that the world saw a real man. One who was free to love, help, heal, serve, teach, confront, and connect radically with people. Most important for us males, Jesus Christ modeled how to release oneself fully to God’s purposes in the face of personal suffering – the real test of a man’s heart. (Every Man, God’s Man, - Feb 6)
